I’ve been asked to share examples of some of the meals I eat. High protein, low (good) carbs and fats, LOTS of veggies and some fruits! Water Water Water Water Water!!!!
I do not eat all the meal at one sitting. I break it up into 2-3 (sometimes 4-5 meals esp if Ive mad a lot at once) different little ones. It helps my body maintain metabolism and energy. I pick a bite here-there…drink LOTS of water, and I’m full pretty easily!
